Cryo Milling System Recommendation : |

cooling during milling operation as well

used for further application such as :
- Pre- cooling of feed materials
- Packaged products requiring longer self life
- Other processes requiring innert environment

Cryo - Media used : |
|
Due to low boiling point and innert characteristic, Liquid Nitrogen
and Liquid Carbon Dioxide are ideal for cryogenic reactive cooling
and subsequent milling with homogenous heat transfer. Liquid carbon
dioxide and liquid nitrogen provide sub-zero temperature levels down
to minus 50°C and minus 150°C respectively. These cryogens
are safe at use and environment friendly.

Cryo Milling Application : |

For fine pulverizing of many thermo plastics and other heat
sensitive materials which are, otherwise, difficult to grind under
conventional dry grinding.
Products containing valuable properties, like pungency, aroma,
volatile matter, oil and fat, viscosity, moisture, texture, colour
etc. are best pulverized retaining valuable properties to its
maximum extent.
Innert property of cryo- media permit fine milling of explosive and
hazardous products safely in addition to sub - zero temperature
benefits mentioned above.
