• Gravity Collection System - A continuous system. 

• Systems are suitable for extracting different grades of sugar powder. 

• In this system feeding is done uniformly pneumatically to the mill through screw feeder to the required point of grinding area and then the grinding is taking place. 

• System consists of Pneumatic Conveying System, Mill with Gravity Collection System, Rotary Air Lock Valve and Open  Type Dust Collector.

• Dust Collector is provided with open type filter bags for dust less environment.

• Continuous feeding done by conveyor from ground level to the mill at height.

• Powdered material is collected through Rotary Air Lock Valve and Two Way Discharge.

• Suitable for capacity up to 2000 kgs / hr.

• Suitable in gravity flow since material being hygroscopic in nature. 

• Due to moisture level and hygroscopic nature, Stainless Steel equipment is recommended. 

• Rotary Air Lock Valve is provided for dust less environment. 

• Equipment suitable for obtaining Icing grade, Biscuit grade, Chocolate grade, Pharma grade, Pre-mix grade, Ready-drink grade sugar powders. 

• Available in Batch Type system.   

• System available with closed type Pulse Jet Dust Collector.
